Well we are starting another year and I am hoping this is a better one than the last. Don't get me wrong, last year was okay. Our youngest son graduated from high school, and left home. I have an empty nest which was very hard for me to begin with, and even sometimesnow, I wish they were all home again, when the house is quiet and there is nothing to do or no one to do things for anymore. It is just me and my husband, and I love him dearly but things around the house now a day's seem monotonous. I am thankful I have my job or I would probably go insane just sitting around the house.
We had another Granddaughter this past year, in fact just a few week's ago now. I will put some picutures up at the bottom of this blog post. She is beautiful. We went to Portland and spent a week with our son, daughter-in-Law and the new baby. We had a wonderful time.
Other than that, we didn't do to much this past year. It was a quiet year full of a few exciting and sad moments.
Well I suppose that is about all for now, I will write more soon. Please check back as I will hopefully be posting more often now that I have my blog going again.
Blessings to you and yours!

Hey girly ...
Yes, life does seem to get monotonous when we don't break out of our little boxes and try something new. You need to find a good church home, and get involved with some of the ladies groups! That would help break up the boring days, and give you some company too. :)
Wish I was there, though. We never get bored when we are together.
Love you muchly!
